Key Responsibilities
- Litigation Drafting: Preparing drafts for Writ Petitions, Criminal Complaints, and Applications for the High Court and District Courts.
- Legal Research: Using SCC Online and Manupatra to find recent precedents, particularly on Section 498A IPC and Negotiable Instruments.
- Court Attendance: Accompanying senior advocates to the Supreme Court and Delhi High Court to observe arguments and handle courtroom filings.
- Case Documentation: Support in preparing “paper-books” and maintaining the litigation tracker.
- Client Exposure: Participating in conferences to learn how to communicate legal strategies to clients.
Eligibility Criteria
- Year of Study: Law students in their 3rd year or above (5-year course) or Final year (3-year course).
- Skills: Strong analytical mindset with a passion for Advocacy.
- Commitment: Ability to dedicate at least 3 months to ensure a meaningful learning curve.
