About World Law Alliance (WLA)
World Law Alliance is an integrated global legal service delivery platform and institutional environment. Unlike a traditional law firm, WLA functions as a “central command” that connects general counsel (in-house teams) with designated law practices in over 80 countries. They leverage technology and collaboration to manage cross-border legal execution, international commercial disputes, and complex transactions.
The firm emphasizes a “distributed law practice” model, focusing on innovation, flexible pricing, and high-tech legal solutions. For a business development intern, this means working at the intersection of international law, professional services, and the global events ecosystem.
