What You Will Do
This role is pure academic:
- Literature Review: Scanning global journals (JSTOR, HeinOnline, SCC Online) to find existing scholarship on constitutional and environmental law.
- Case Law Analysis: Analyzing landmark judgments such as M.C. Mehta v. Union of India or Virender Gaur v. State of Haryana to extract core legal principles.
- Referencing & Citation: Ensuring all drafts comply with rigorous academic standards, specifically Bluebook (21st/22nd Edition), APA, or MLA formats.
- Drafting: Assisting in the creation of case notes, chapters, or research papers.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Law students, preferably in their 3rd year and above (5-year course) or 2nd year and above (3-year course).
