Eligibility
- Education: Law students (3rd year onwards in 5-year course / Final year in 3-year course) or recent law graduates.
- Experience: Prior internship experience in capital markets, corporate law, or related fields is mandatory.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEBI regulations, company law, and capital market processes.
- Skills: Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills; proficiency in MS Word and legal documentation tools.
