Key Responsibilities
- Drafting: Contract drafting and review (NDAs, vendor agreements, commercial contracts).
- Research: Legal research on corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters.
- Compliance: Assistance in policy drafting, SOPs, and compliance documentation.
Eligibility
- Education: Final-year students pursuing LLB / BA LLB / BBA LLB.
- Skills: Strong research and drafting skills; high ownership and professionalism.
- Interests: Keen interest in corporate and commercial law.
