Key Responsibilities
- RERA Matters: Assisting in case preparation, hearings, and proceedings before the Authority.
- Research: Conducting legal research pertaining to real estate, land laws, RERA, and related statutes.
- Drafting: Preparing and reviewing agreements, notices, and various legal instruments.
- Due Diligence: Providing support in due diligence processes, title verification, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordination: Facilitating coordination with internal departments and external legal counsel.
- General: Assisting with daily legal and documentation tasks.
Eligibility
- 5-Year LL.B. Program: Students in the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year.
- 3-Year LL.B. Program: Students in the 1st or 2nd year.
