Insight Direct India Pvt Ltd is inviting applications from law graduates for a six-month in-house legal traineeship.
Position Details
- Role: In-House Legal Trainee

- Duration: 6 months
- Stipend: INR 15,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on privacy laws, labour codes, and regulatory updates.
- Assist in reviewing, drafting, and revising commercial contracts and internal agreements.
- • Support company secretarial work, including preparation for board and committee meetings.
- • Maintain and organize legal documentation, trackers, and compliance records.
- • Help review internal policies and assist in updating compliance frameworks.
- • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data collection, due diligence, and process support.
- • Assist in preparing legal summaries, briefing notes, and compliance reports.
- • Provide support in managing vendor agreements, NDAs, and procurement-related documentation.
Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)
BBA.LLB, BA.LLB, or LLB degree
