- Corporate Transactions & Commercial Drafting
- Shareholder Agreements & Investor Agreements
- Employment Agreements & HR Advisory
- Media & Entertainment Transactions
- Legal Notices & Demand Notices
- Cheque Bouncing Cases (NI Act, Section 138)
- General Litigation & Advisory
