R. Singh & Associates is looking for a legal associate. As a Legal Associate, you will gain extensive hands-on experience in contentious matters, client management, and legal strategy formulation and work closely with our litigation and dispute resolution teams, representing clients before:
• The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT)
• The High Court
• District courts and other judicial or regulatory bodies
Location
Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents.
- Attending court proceedings and participating in litigation.
- Briefing senior counsels and handling procedural aspects of cases.
- Engaging in client consultations and dispute resolution.
- Providing legal advice and representation to clients.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Strong expertise in legal research, drafting, and litigation.Prior experience of 1-3 years is preferable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge in Corporate Law, Taxation, Sports Law, Criminal Law and other relevant legal domains.
- Must be enrolled with the Respective State Bar Council.
