About the role

The role involves working on loan documentation, security creation, facility agreements, guarantees, mortgages, hypothecation, and related transaction documents across banking and NBFC portfolios.

Eligibility

Candidates with strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and prior exposure to lender-side transactions will be preferred. Experience in preparing and reviewing title reports and conducting property due diligence will be an added advantage.
