TeamLease Regtech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a research-oriented legal professional with strong grounding in India’s regulatory framework to support founders and senior leadership in policy analysis, compliance research, and structured legal documentation.
Key Focus Areas
- Tracking statutory and regulatory developments (Acts, Rules, Notifications, Circulars, Judicial trends)
- Conducting statutory interpretation and comparative legal analysis
- Converting legal updates into structured outputs — compliance matrices, applicability tables, obligation mapping, penalty tracking
- Building and maintaining Excel-based regulatory trackers
- Supporting white papers, research notes, and sector-specific regulatory reports
Eligibility
- Professionals with 2–3 years of experience in legal research or regulatory analysis
- Strong ability to locate and cite primary legal sources
- High attention to detail in statutory references, thresholds, and compliance triggers
- Comfort working with structured data and spreadsheets
