About Law Assessment Internship Opportunity at Elixir Legal
Elixir Legal, a law firm specialising in indirect tax laws and commercial laws, is looking for a law intern (assessment intern) to join their team. This is a great opportunity for students in their final or penultimate year of law school keen on gaining hands-on experience in indirect taxes, commercial transactions, and legal drafting.
Duration
Minimum 2 months (can be extended based on performance)
Eligibility
Final or penultimate year law students
Location
F-1/2, F Block, Hauz Khas Enclave, Hauz Khas, New Delhi 110016 (near Hauz Khas metro)
Key Responsibilities shall include
- Assisting in drafting of replies to Show Cause Notices, Appeals, Departmental
- Correspondences, Writ Petitions, Legal Opinions.
- Supporting legal research and case law analysis
- Preparing brief notes and case summaries
- Attending department/court hearings (wherever feasible)
