Chandhiok & Mahajan, Advocates and Solicitors, is looking to hire an associate with 1–4 years’ PQE for our corporate / transactions team in Delhi. Only candidates able to work from our New Delhi office may apply.
Experience
1–4 years PQE in a dedicated corporate transaction practice.
Eligibility
- Technical Skills: Experience in conducting legal due diligence and drafting and negotiating transaction documents, with a sound working knowledge of the Companies Act and FEMA regulations.
- Niche Expertise: Prior experience in handling transactions end to end is highly preferred.
