About Paid Law Internship Opportunity at 4700BC
4700BC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join their legal team.
Preferred Qualification
- Pursuing LL.B. (3rd Year or Above) from a recognised law school.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on commercial contracts and regulatory matters to support contract drafting and negotiations.
- Assist in the preparation, review, and management of Commercial contracts.
- Maintain and update compliance trackers and assist in monitoring regulatory obligations.
- Assist with legal documentation, contract management, repository monitoring and management.
Eligibility
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Good drafting and communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and eagerness to learn corporate and commercial law.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research databases will be an added advantage.
- Preference will be given to those who have prior relevant internship experience.
