Mandla & Singh Law Chambers is inviting applications from law graduates and advocates who are serious about building a long-term litigation practice and are prepared to take ownership of their work.
Position
Associate (PQE: 1-3 Years)
Role
The selected candidates will work closely on matters before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, Tribunals and other judicial forums, with substantial exposure to:
• Legal research and strategy
• Drafting and pleadings
• Client conferences
• Case management and coordination
• Court proceedings across diverse areas of practice
Candidates will be entrusted with meaningful responsibility from an early stage and will be expected to contribute actively to the development and conduct of matters.
Eligibility
- Strong researchers and drafters
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Comfortable taking ownership of work
- Keen to build a serious litigation practice
- Prior experience in Supreme Court litigation and drafting will be an advantage.
