About Long-Term Legal Internship Opportunity at Mind Legal Advocates and Consultants

Mind Legal is inviting applications from motivated law students who are keen to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate and commercial law practice.

They are looking for interns who are genuinely interested in legal research, drafting, and problem-solving, and who are willing to take ownership of their work while learning from experienced practitioners.

Areas of Exposure

Depending on ongoing matters, interns may gain exposure to:

1. Corporate and Commercial Laws
2. Commercial Contracts
3. Insolvency and Bankruptcy
4. Commercial Litigation and Arbitration
5. Regulatory Advisory
6. White-Collar Crime
7. General Corporate Advisory

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct legal research on statutes, case law, and regulatory developments.
2. Assist in drafting legal opinions, notes, pleadings, and commercial documents.
3. Prepare research memoranda and case summaries.
4. Support the team in client matters and ongoing transactions.
5. Assist with due diligence and document review, where required.
6. Attend meetings, hearings, and conferences, subject to the requirements of ongoing matters.
7. Perform other legal and administrative tasks as assigned.

Who Should Apply

1. Law students in the 3rd year or above of a 5-year integrated law programme or the 2nd year or above of a 3-year LL.B. programme.
2. Strong legal research and drafting skills.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication.
4. Keen attention to detail and willingness to learn.
5. Ability to work independently while managing deadlines.

Internship Details

1. Location: Mumbai Office – Hybrid.
2. Duration: Minimum 3 months.
3. Candidates available for 6 months or longer will be preferred.
4. Immediate joining from 27.07.2026.
