Job Description
- Compliance Audits & Risk Assessment (Labour Codes, Statutory Compliance, Regulatory Frameworks)
- Corporate & Commercial Contract Drafting (Vetting, Structuring, Vendor & Retainer Agreements)
- Strategic Compliance Advisory (Handling corporate governance & operational compliance)
- IPR Advisory & Advisory Support (Basic IP clearance, agreements, and rights management)
Eligibility
- Target Profiles: Final-year law students (2026 Grads) or recent Graduates (2024–2025) focusing on Corporate Law / Compliance / Regulatory Advisory.
- Core Skills: Sharp attention to detail, quick statutory research, strong drafting discipline, and prompt communication.
- Work Setup: Remote / Hybrid (with client-site / alignment visits in Delhi-NCR or at remote places as needed).
