About Law Assessment Internship Opportunity at Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India is hiring an assessment intern / Associate for the General Corporate and M&A team

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

5-year law degree from a reputed university with a good academic record.

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞

Experience of training or working with a reputed law firm in the Corporate /M&A practice

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬

Good understanding of corporate laws including Companies Act, 2013, Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999, SEBI laws, RBI regulations, Indian Contract Act, Industrial and Labour Laws.

𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞

CS qualification and related training/work experience would be preferred.
