Mohile Patankar Associates is looking for an Associate with 1 – 2 years of experience to join our Mumbai office.

Role

The Associate will work closely with our partners across Media & Entertainment and Real Estate, and will be involved in:
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements
• Supporting transactions from structuring through execution
• Conducting due diligence and legal research
• Attending client meetings and participating in negotiations
• Assisting on select litigation and dispute-related matters
• Handling day-to-day legal and commercial requirements of clients

Eligibility

They are looking for someone with strong drafting and communication skills, sound legal fundamentals, commercial judgment and the ability to take ownership of matters.
