About Himgiri Zee University
Himgiri Zee University was established to meet the growing demand for trained human resources in various social, educational, scientific, technical, and professional organizations to channel human energy towards sustainable economic and social development. To make a positive difference in education and employment, Shri Subhash Chandra, Chairman, Essel Group of Industries and Zee Telefilms had brought together in 1995 a group of committed anthropologists, sociologists, economists and development communications professionals to set up the TALEEM Research Foundation in Ahmedabad. One of the mandates ofTaleem Research Foundation was to set up the Himgiri Zee University.
About Moot Court Society
The Moot Court Society at the School of Legal Studies is an indispensable component of the academic
landscape, providing students with a unique and invaluable opportunity to hone their legal skills in a
simulated courtroom environment. With its commitment to promoting practical legal education, the
Society plays a pivotal role in shaping the future legal professionals emerging from the institution.

- Best Memorial: INR 5,000 (Trophy and Certificate of Appreciation)
- Best Counsel Male: INR 5,000 (Trophy and Certificate of Appreciation)
- Best Counsel Female: INR 5,000 (Trophy and Certificate of Appreciation)
- Best Researcher: INR 5,000 (Trophy and Certificate of Appreciation)
