About Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and driven lawyer with 2-3 years of experience in litigation to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in handling civil and criminal litigation matters, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in civil and criminal litigation matters.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents.
- Prepare Strategies for various matters.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court documents.
- Attend court hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university.
- 2–3 years of experience practicing litigation in a reputable law firm.
- Admitted to the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
