About the Role
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Legal Intern – Banking (Litigation) at Nivaaran Law LLP. The Associate will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to banking litigation, including conducting legal research, drafting motions, assisting with depositions, and representing clients in courts. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic legal environment.
Eligibility
5th year (5 yrs course) & 2nd year and onwards (3 years course) specifically interested in Banking Litigation.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
• Strong knowledge of Indian law and banking regulations
• Experience in handling banking litigation

• Familiarity with DRT & DART procedures and court proceedings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Prior experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is a plus
