Eligibility
1) Candidates are required to strictly follow timelines, without any excuses.
2) Candidates should have very good drafting skills and good command over both spoken and written English.
3) Candidates are required to handle matters both logically and legally, to ensure full protection to the client in all non litigation matters; and to also ensure his/her win (to the best of your ability) in each litigation matter.
4) Candidates are required to play the role of the devil’s Advocate, the Judge and then the role of your clients Advocate in every work, whether litigation or non litigation.
5) The Candidates are required to have very good communication skills (leaving no scope whatsoever for any chaos or confusions, whilst dealing with me, my team or my clients)
6) The Candidate should have his/her own Laptop/computer.
Duration
6 Months
Stipend
Interns will be paid in two installments i.e. minimum Rs. 10,000 per month upto Rs. 15,000 per month (depending on their capabilities and deliverables), for the first three months.
The said minimum amount of Rs. 30,000/- or Rs. 45,000/- (as the case may be) will be paid at the end of the 3rd month.
