Themes and Eligibility
- Theme: The journal follows an open-theme policy. Submissions are welcome on any topic related to law, provided they are original and offer a fresh perspective.
- Eligibility: The call for papers is open to:
- Law students (enrolled in 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programs).
- Post-graduate students (LL.M.) and Ph.D. scholars.
- Legal practitioners and professionals.
- Academicians and educators in the field of law.
Manuscript Submission Guidelines
To ensure a smooth peer-review process, authors must adhere to the following technical standards:
- Originality: The work must be the author’s original creation and must not have been published elsewhere.
- File Format: All manuscripts must be submitted in MS Word (.doc or .docx) format.
- Formatting (Body): Use Times New Roman, font size 12, with 1.5 line spacing.
- Formatting (Footnotes): Use Times New Roman, font size 10, with single line spacing.
- Citations: Authors must maintain a uniform style of citation throughout the document.
- Authorship: Co-authorship is allowed for a maximum of three authors per submission.
- Turnaround Time: The editorial board will notify authors regarding the acceptance or rejection of their paper within 24 hours.
Categories of Submission
Authors may submit their work under the following categories:
- Short Articles: 1,500 – 2,500 words
- Long Articles: 2,500 – 4,000 words
- Research Papers: 2,500 – 8,000 words
- Book Reviews: 1,500 – 3,500 words
- Case Comments: 1,200 – 3,000 words
- Note on Abstract: Every submission must include an abstract of no more than 300 words.
Processing Charges
Publication fees are only applicable after the manuscript has been formally accepted by the editorial board:
- For Indian Authors: INR 800/-
- For Foreign Authors: $20 USD
- Special Note: There are no additional charges for co-authors.

- Subject Line: The email should be titled ‘Paper Submission’.
- Declaration: The body of the email must include a declaration stating that the paper is the author’s original work and has not been previously published.
Author Perks
- Certification: All published authors will receive an E-certificate of publication.
- Hard Copies: Authors who prefer physical documentation can opt to purchase hard copies of their certificates and the paper separately.
