About the organizer
In August 2008, the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution Department of Consumer Affairs, Government of India, New Delhi, created the Chair on Consumer Law and Practice (CLAP Chair) at NLSIU with the goal of advancing research, teaching, and training in Consumer Law and Practice. The Chair serves as a “Think Tank” for matters pertaining to consumer law and practice research and policy.
They promote research, teaching, and training in consumer law and practice.
Eligibility
- LL.B. students familiar with consumer laws.
- Prior experience of research and editing
- Strong writing skills are needed.
- Adept in the use of technology and website management.
