About the internship
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented legal research intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for law students to expand their knowledge about social issues and their research skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research on various social issues and case law using online databases, legal publications, and other reliable sources.
- Analyze and summarize legal documents, statutes, regulations, policies, and court decisions.
- Stay updated with legal developments and changes in relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist with research on social projects and initiatives, as per need.
Eligibility:
- Currently enrolled in a law program.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Other Details
- Internship Period : 5 Weeks (Online)
- Work from Home: 20 hours per week
- Start Date: January 8, 2024 – January 25, 2024
- Compensation: While this internship does not provide compensation, it offers valuable hands-on experience, a lot of learning, mentorship, guidance, and a certificate of completion.
- Meetings: 1-2 times per week online (an online platform)
