They are looking to hire a corporate legal assistant based in Bangalore.

Responsibilities
The Corporate Legal Assistant will be assisting and Corporate Compliance Officer and Senior Corporate Legal Officer with supporting NES Fircroft globally in all tasks of the corporate secretarial, corporate legal, sanctions and other compliance, which include but not limited to:
- Drafting Minutes of the Meetings, Board Resolutions, and POAs for all global offices;
- Assisting Corporate Compliance Officer in his/her duties to provide corporate legal advice and assistance to NESF Group Treasury, Tax, Finance, regional Ops and Tenders on NES Fircroft Group Corporate Structure, Beneficial Owners, global corporate secretarial requirements;
- Maintain Register of all NESF Group Senior Executive Corporate Officers and Directors, external Partners (passport, proof of address and other details);
- Coordinate signing, notarization, legalization of all official documentation adopted in the UK;
- Perform all corporate filings with the UK Companies House and some EU jurisdictions;
- Assist Corporate Compliance Officer with global restructuring project (including global liquidations, share transfers, new entities incorporations);
- Maintain NESF Group corporate structure, corporate documentation folder, and Microsoft SharePoint page for all NESF Group global companies (this includes managing all automated reminders, license renewals, POAs, and other documents and information);
- Assists with e signatures consent approvals and signings;
- Assist Corporate Compliance Officer with search, negotiation, and engagement of external legal suppliers globally to work on corporate legal and compliance projects;
- Assist Corporate Compliance Officer and Global Sanctions Team with undertaking contractors, suppliers, and clients’ sanctions checks on the World check database;
- Assist Corporate Compliance Officer and Global Sanctions Team with client sanctions DDQ assessment forms;
- Assist Corporate Compliance Officer with monitoring corporate legal and compliance reporting and other processes in the APAC region.
Eligibility
- Paralegal experience of 4 to 5 years.
- Law degree is mandatory.
- Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Visio, Foxit) alongside internal databases.
- Have excellent professional communication skills
- Have well-developed organization skills with excellent attention to detail
- Have a flexible approach and high commitment to teamwork.
