About Law Assessment Internship Opportunity at Legalics Law Offices
Legalics Law Offices is inviting applications from final-year law students (completing their course between June–August) for a 3-month assessment internship with our General Corporate and Real Estate practice.
About the Role
This internship offers hands-on exposure to a wide range of corporate advisory, transactional, and real estate matters. Interns will work closely with the team on diverse assignments and gain practical experience across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and assisting in negotiation of commercial contracts, including service agreements, vendor agreements, NDAs, consultancy agreements, and other business contracts
- Assisting in corporate advisory matters, including company law compliance and governance
- Supporting business transactions, structuring arrangements, and documentation
- Conducting legal research on corporate and real estate law issues
- Working on title search reports (TSRs) and reviewing property-related documents
- Assisting with due diligence in transactional matters
Requirements
- Final-year LL.B. students (graduating between June–August)
- Strong drafting, analytical, and research skills
- Familiarity with company law, contract law, and real estate laws
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work in a collaborative environment
