About Law Internship Opportunity at Verum Legal
Verum Legal is inviting applications for a 𝐋𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 at their 𝐇𝐲𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞. This is a hands-on, offline internship designed for candidates who are serious about building a career in law.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐎𝐧
- Corporate transactions, structuring, and documentation
- Legal due diligence and compliance advisory
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, term sheets, and board resolutions
- Research and drafting work for litigations matters at District Courts as well as High Courts.
- Regulatory research across SEBI, Companies Act, and allied legislation
- Startup advisory and founder-side legal support including IP matters.
- Assisting with client requests, local registration, police station work and drafting legal opinions.
- Attending and assisting in client meetings and firm events
- Organising and maintaining matter files, trackers, and research notes
Eligibility
- Penultimate or final year law students with a strong interest in corporate law
- Sharp research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Ability to handle real workloads with ownership and attention to detail
- Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad for the internship period
