Key Practice Areas & Responsibilities
Interns and Associates at the firm gain exposure across the following core pillars:
- Corporate Law: Assisting in VC/PE transactions, M&A, Joint Ventures, and general corporate advisory (including FEMA and FDI analysis).
- Taxation: Researching and advising on Indian Income Tax and International Taxation matters.
- Regulatory: Advising on SEBI regulations, exchange control (FEMA), and sector-specific laws (Edtech, Fintech, Gaming, etc.).
- Employment Law: Drafting HR policies, ESOP schemes, and advising on POSH compliance.
- Private Client: Assisting HNIs and NRIs with estate planning, trust setups, and cross-border asset management.
