About Netflix India
Netflix has established Mumbai as its central hub for its ambitious growth strategy in the Indian market. The Business Affairs team at Netflix operates at the unique intersection of “Creative” and “Legal.” Unlike traditional legal departments that focus solely on risk mitigation, Business Affairs is tasked with deal-making—effectively translating creative vision into sustainable commercial and legal frameworks.
As Netflix scales its local originals (like Heeramandi, The Railway Men, or Amar Singh Chamkila), this team ensures that the complex web of talent, music rights, and production logistics is flawlessly executed.
