Internship Exposure
Interns are expected to be proactive and will gain hands-on experience in:
- Legal Research: Using online databases to find relevant case laws and statutes for ongoing matters.
- Drafting: Assisting in the preparation of legal notices, plaints, written statements, and miscellaneous applications.
- Court Proceedings: Attending court hearings at the Indore Bench of the MP High Court and District Courts to observe arguments and handle filing procedures.
- Case Analysis: Helping the team dissect complex case files and prepare strategy notes.
- Client Interaction: Observing conferences to learn how to communicate legal advice effectively.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Background: Law students currently enrolled in a 3-year LL.B. or 5-year Integrated LL.B. course.
- Skills: Strong interest in litigation, proficiency in legal research, and solid communication skills.
- Commitment: Ability to dedicate 3 months to ensure a meaningful professional transition.
