Practice Areas
Interns will gain exposure to a wide spectrum of laws, including:
- Criminal & Civil Law
- Matrimonial Disputes
- Arbitration
- Intellectual Property (IP)
- Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA)
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students: Preferably 4th year onwards (5-year course) or 2nd year onwards (3-year course).
- Strong interest in litigation.
- Basic research and drafting skills.
- A serious, disciplined, and court-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Court observation and providing assistance in active litigation.
- Conducting in-depth legal research and assisting in drafting.
- Preparing case briefings and managing case files.
- Gaining exposure to proceedings at the Supreme Court of India and other subordinate courts/tribunals.
