Internship Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Research for Briefs: Assisting in deep-dive legal research for matters being argued by the Senior Advocate.
  • Drafting: Supporting the preparation of case notes, written submissions, and synopsis of arguments.
  • Hearing Preparation: Assisting in the organization of case files and research for upcoming court hearings and conferences.
  • Chamber Management: Gaining insight into the day-to-day operations of a busy senior counsel’s practice.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Final-Year Students Only: * 5th Year of a 5-year integrated course.
    • 3rd Year of a 3-year LL.B. course.
  • Aspiration: A profound interest in litigation and the desire to build a career in advocacy.
  • Skills: Superior research capabilities and clear, concise drafting skills are highly preferred.
