Key Responsibilities

As a virtual intern, you will be expected to support the firm’s active litigation team through:

  • Advanced Legal Research: Utilizing databases like SCC Online and Manupatra to find precedents for ongoing matters in the Supreme Court and High Courts.
  • Case Briefing: Preparing structured summaries of complex case files to assist the arguing counsel.
  • Real-time Case Support: Assisting the team in drafting applications and reviewing evidentiary documents for active litigation.
