About Legal Internship Opportunity at Sysmex India
Sysmex India is looking for a Legal Intern to provide hands-on support to the legal and commercial team. This practical, in-office role is focused on drafting, reviewing, and managing routine contractual work and maintaining the contracts system.
Internship Details

Focus Areas
- Contract Drafting and Review (Commercial & Distributor Agreements, NDAs).
- Contract Management and Documentation.
- Administrative Coordination (Internal and External).
Eligibility Criteria
- Enrolled in or have completed a law degree (3-year or 5-year).
- Good academic record.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and comfortable with standard office tools.
Key Responsibilities
The intern will primarily assist with the commercial and legal workflow, including:
- Draft and review basic legal agreements
- Organize and manage the Master File / Contract Tracker
- Initiate agreements via electronic signature platforms (Document Sign).
- Coordinate and arrange meetings with customers or the sales team to clarify contractual points.
- Follow up with the sales team on pending agreements and signatures.
- Identify and correct errors in documents and assist with basic legal research.
