About the Legal Internship Opportunity at Orington & Partners
They are Corporate Legal Intern
Requirements
– Assisting in drafting and editing contract templates
– Conducting client meetings and legal research as required, and supporting smaller projects as assigned by seniors.
– Drafting, vetting and development of standard forms of contracts such as engagement letters, consulting agreements, NDA etc.
– Organizing legal memoranda and client correspondence.
– Creating retainer agreements, contact letters, and various client publications and handouts.
– Conducting client intake and participating in client interactions.
– Observing and participating in client meetings and discussions.
