What You Will Do

- Litigation Support: Assisting in the preparation of documents for matters before the Patna High Court, District Courts, and quasi-judicial bodies like the NCLT and DRT.
- Legal Drafting: Gaining hands-on experience in drafting Writ Petitions, Bail Applications, Legal Notices, and Commercial Contracts.
- Research & Advisory: Conducting deep-dive research into diverse areas including FEMA, Industrial Law, and Consumer Protection.
- Compliance: Supporting the corporate team in regulatory filings and startup advisory work.
