What You Will Do
This is a high-engagement internship designed to build a strong foundation in Intellectual Property:
- Live Case Assistance: Helping senior associates with active trademark searches, registrations, and opposition filings.
- IP Drafting: Gaining hands-on experience in drafting Copyright applications, Trademark responses, and Licensing agreements.
- Startup Advisory: Assisting in research related to business laws, helping startup founders navigate regulatory hurdles.
- Founder Mentorship: Unique daily one-on-one sessions with Adv. Prasanna Thada to discuss core IP concepts and litigation strategies.
- Networking: Direct interaction with young businesses and potential clients, providing a rare “business side of law” perspective.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Open to law students (preference is typically given to those in their 3rd year or above).
- Passion: A demonstrated interest in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
- Local Resident: Must be currently residing in Jaipur for daily office attendance.
