Practice Areas & Exposure
Selected associates will gain deep, hands-on experience in three core pillars:
- Property Law: Drafting sale agreements, verifying title deeds (Parent documents), and handling partition suits.
- Family Law: Managing divorce petitions, maintenance claims, and custody matters before the Chennai Family Courts.
- Corporate Law: Drafting commercial contracts, vetting agreements, and assisting in basic compliance and trademark filings.
Key Responsibilities
- Litigation: Assisting in hearings before the Madras High Court, City Civil Courts, and Consumer Forums.
- Drafting: Preparing detailed pleadings, affidavits, and legal notices in both English and Tamil.
