Job Description
– to make appearances before various Courts and Tribunals;
– to prepare first drafts of suits, appeals, applications, etc.
– to prepare case briefs;
– to perform legal research;
– to do filing in courts and tribunals
Experience
Litigation experience of 2-3 years.
Requirements
– Sincerity and hard-work are non-negotiable.
Salary
As per industry standard.
Location
– Base location shall be Gurugram
– Litigation work spread across NCR
