- Education: Law graduate from a premier law school in India or abroad, qualified to practice in India.
- Experience: 0–2 years of post-qualification experience specifically in commercial litigation matters.
- Drafting Skills: Strong grasp of drafting various legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
- Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of the principles of commercial litigation and arbitration before diverse courts and tribunals.
- Soft Skills: High degree of attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
Practice Focus
The Commercial Dispute Resolution team at AQUILAW manages a broad spectrum of high-stakes matters:
- Arbitration: Handling both domestic and international commercial arbitrations.
- Litigation: Representing clients in contractual disputes, recovery suits, and tender-related matters before the Calcutta High Court and various tribunals.
