Law degree and registered with Bar Council of India
PQE
4+ Years
Requirements
i. Ability to independently advise clients pertaining to the dispute resolution practice area.
ii. Knowledge of drafting, notices, suits, petitions, appeals, applications etc. for civil and commercial disputes
iii. Should be able to represent and appear before various Courts, tribunals and quasi-judicial bodies.
iv. The candidate should also have good analytical and drafting skills
