Eligibility Criteria
- JD/LLB graduate (0–1 years PQE; internships count).
- Strong research and drafting skills.
- Interest in American corporate law is mandatory.
- Familiarity with FEMA, RBI rules, and U.S. regulations is a bonus.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing practical legal support for US market entry and ongoing operations.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and compliance documentation.
- Assisting with corporate governance and investment deal structures.
- Collaborating internally to integrate legal expertise into the FinStackk platform.
