IMS Lex Advisory is hiring Associate(s) having 1–3 years of experience in general corporate and M&A advisory to join our team.
Eligibility
- Law graduate from a reputed institute and an enrolled member of the Bar Council of India
- Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and vetting Commercial Contracts
- Prior experience in a general corporate and M&A advisory, specifically involved in due diligence and drafting of transaction documents
- Solid understanding of company law, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication, quality-focused and time management skills.
