Invincible Ocean is offering a PAID Legal Internship within its Legal & Compliance team. This role invites final-year law students and recent graduates to assist with drafting, research, compliance, and day-to-day operational tasks in a technology-focused environment.
Job Details
Position: Legal Intern Experience Required (PQE): Final-year LLB students or recent LLB graduates. Prior exposure to corporate law/compliance is preferred. Job Type: Internship (PAID) Mode: Onsite and Remote Location: Gurugram Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 (based on experience). Department: Legal & Compliance

- Legal Drafting, Reviewing, and Proofreading
- Legal Research (applicable laws and regulations)
- Corporate Law and Compliance Checks
- Legal Records and Documentation Systems
Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year LLB students or recent LLB graduates (mandatory).
- Strong research and drafting abilities.
- Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Prior exposure to corporate law/compliance (preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading legal documents.
- Assist in conducting legal research on applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist in compliance checks and implementation of internal policies.
- Assist in coordinating with internal departments for contracts and documentation.
- Assist in maintaining legal records, trackers, and documentation systems.
- Assist the Legal & Compliance team in day-to-day operational tasks.
