Jain & Saigal Law Offices is looking to hire two (2) advocates (PQE 0-3 years) for associate position in their law firm.
PQE Required
0 to 3 years
Retainer
INR 30,000 per month (for freshers) + Bonus (one-month’s retainer – part of which is dependant on the candidate’s performance) + Reimbursement for all office-related expenses.
Role
- Drafting for district courts, Delhi High Court, Supreme Court of India, NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, NCDRC, etc., and drafting legal opinions and agreements;
- Regular appearances before courts and tribunals;
- Client interface – attending client meetings, coordination with clients and their staff, updating clients, etc.
