Job Details
- Position: Associate – Banking & Finance
- Location: New Delhi (On-site)
- Experience (PQE): 2–3 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Advisory: Advising a sophisticated mix of lenders (Public/Private Banks) and borrowers on debt structures.
- Specialized Financing: Leading documentation for Budget Finance and Project Finance (Infrastructure, Energy, etc.).
- Drafting & Negotiation: Handling financing agreements, security documents, facility agreements, and inter-creditor deeds.
- Transaction Management: Oversight of the entire deal lifecycle, including due diligence, closing conditions, and post-closing compliance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Mandatory PQE: 2–3 years of solid post-qualification experience.
- Firm Background: Prior experience at a top-tier law firm is required.
- Core Competency: Specific, hands-on exposure to Project Finance and Budget Finance documentation.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional transaction management skills and the ability to negotiate with seasoned institutional representatives.
