Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate degree in Law (full-time). Postgraduate degree in Law preferred.
- Experience in the finance/banking sector with a strong track record.
- Strong drafting skills with experience creating comprehensive contracts that mitigate risk.
- Familiarity with IBC, SARFAESI, NCLT, and laws related to immovable property.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (reading & writing).
- Ability to work independently under pressure; process-oriented and a strong team player.
Key Responsibilities
- Review finance facility agreements and related documentation.
- Conduct due diligence of properties proposed as mortgage security.
- Review and advise on Title Search Reports of immovable properties.
- Provide legal advice/opinions on various matters.
- Support LAP division in legal risk assessment and compliance.
