Focus Areas
- Commercial Litigation / NCLT / Company Law Tribunal (Litigation role)
- Arbitration and Dispute Resolution (Arbitration role)
- Drafting, research, case strategy, and court/tribunal appearances.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: LL.B. (LL.M. preferred).
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Diligent, detail-oriented, and committed to practice.
- Solid experience in Commercial Litigation and NCLT/Company Law Tribunal matters.
- Prior experience in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and vet pleadings, petitions, submissions, and other process documents.
- Conduct legal research, prepare case notes and briefs.
- Attend hearings, assist senior counsel, and manage timelines.
- Liaise with clients, external counsels, and tribunal/court registries.
- Responsible for drafting arbitration pleadings, preparing memorials, coordinating with counsel, hearings, and case strategy.
